Collact is a Stone's exclusive customer loyalty platform. It offers features to increase frequency and consumption: campaigns, cashback program, sending messages and establishment evaluations.

I contributed to several Collact projects during its journey to become a native and self-service Stone product, from conversion (website, landing page, photography, scripting, institutional campaign) to base engagement (support videos about the product use, illustrations, animations).
